EDUCATION

1995- 1998

Diploma in Electronics & Communication

Government Polytechnic, Amravati

I began my academic journey in technical education with a Diploma in Electronics & Communication from Government Polytechnic, Amravati. My final year project involved building a temperature monitoring system using transistors, showcasing practical circuit-based control. Additionally, I presented a seminar on CT scan machines, delving into the interface between electronics and medical imaging. This program laid a strong foundation in core electronics and inspired my deep interest in applying technology to real-world problems—an approach that would later define both my academic and professional pursuits.

1998–2001

Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics

Pune University

Pursuing my passion for innovation, I completed my B.E. in Electronics from Pune University, where I developed an Interactive Voice Response System (IVRS) for my final year project. This system allowed users to receive student results via telephone—a novel concept during that era—using hardwired technology and programming in C. This project not only sharpened my programming and hardware integration skills but also strengthened my confidence in user-centric tech development. The degree enhanced my analytical thinking and deepened my understanding of electronics, computers, and communication systems.

2004–2005

Master of Education

Sant Gadge Baba Amravati University, Amravati

To transition into the world of teaching and pedagogy, I pursued a Master of Education from Sant Gadge Baba Amravati University, where I secured first class with distinction and topped the university. This rigorous one-year program equipped me with in-depth knowledge of educational psychology, curriculum design, teaching methodologies, and research in education. It was during this time that I committed to a lifelong role in teacher training and educational development. The program not only enriched my theoretical understanding but also shaped my future contributions to educational leadership.

2005–2008

Master of Philosophy in Education

Madurai Kamraj University, Madurai (Distance Mode)

Expanding my academic expertise, I completed an M.Phil. in Education from Madurai Kamaraj University via distance learning. This program allowed me to explore advanced theoretical concepts in the field of education and conduct small-scale academic research. Balancing professional responsibilities while pursuing this degree, I gained insights into educational policy, philosophy, and evaluation systems. The M.Phil. experience added academic depth to my career as an educator and researcher and played a crucial role in building the foundation for my later doctoral research.

2008–2010

Master of Arts in English Literature

Maulana Azad National Urdu University, Hyderabad (Distance Mode)

Driven by my love for language, expression, and literary thought, I earned an M.A. in English Literature from Maulana Azad National Urdu University, Hyderabad through distance mode. This degree broadened my academic scope beyond science and education, allowing me to engage deeply with classical and modern English literature. The course enhanced my critical thinking, interpretive skills, and communication—qualities I regularly incorporate in teaching and public speaking. My multidisciplinary academic background, blending science, literature, and education, enables me to connect with learners from diverse fields.

2007–2009

Doctor of Philosophy in Education

Sant Gadge Baba Amravati University, Amravati

My academic journey culminated in a Ph.D. in Education from Sant Gadge Baba Amravati University, where I conducted research on the impact of computer education on creativity among school-going students. With a sample size of 1,500 students and 100 teachers, the study explored how exposure to technology affects the creative capabilities of young learners. The findings emphasized the need for integrating computer education into the school curriculum, and I offered practical suggestions to education authorities. This doctoral research cemented my role as a scholar dedicated to blending technology with pedagogy for holistic education reform.
